4. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees. Payment is due as per the invoicing terms agreed upon during service enrollment.
5. Limitation of Liability
EduVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
